We can certainly assist you with as little or as much as you need in planning one of the most important day of your life, from simply assisting on the day of your event to coordinating every detail from beginning to end. We plan marriage proposals, weddings, quinceañeras, sweet 16 and any creative parties to celebrate that special moment in your life.

Day of Service

This package is perfect if you done all your planning and just want a reliable and professional coordinator at your event. I oversee the set up, vendors, assist all guest and participants to ensure all the activities fall into place.

Event coordinator services three weeks prior to the event and present at the event for up to 10 hours.
1-2 meetings with event coordinator
Review and confirm contract details with vendors
Event coordinator will coordinate rehearsal.
Event coordinator will be present at the ceremony, reception and dance.
Oversee activities: grand entrance, toast, dinner, first dance, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss etc.
If needed Coordinator may help you choose vendors that may be more appropriate for your needs on your special day.

Package 1

This package provides you with professional coordination from the day you hire us through the end of your event. These services are intended to save you valuable time, money and alleviate stress by taking the big stuff off your plate and ensure that your event goes smoothly.

Includes everything in the day of service package PLUS:
Up to 5 meetings as needed
Meetings coordinated with various preferred, professional and reliable vendors
Coordinator available for advice, phone calls, e-mails (during business hours 9-5)
Up to 5 site visits to ceremony and reception venues as needed
Assistance with budget planning and tips on saving money (If needed).
Keeping track of the save the date, invitations, rsvp’s and other arrangements.
Deadline reminders for tasks and payments (if payment schedules are provided)
Develop a detailed wedding day itinerary and distribute to all vendors.

Full Package

This full service will definitely put your mind at ease. It includes everything in the day of service and package #1 PLUS:

Planning meetings (up to 10 as needed)
Coordinator available for advice, phone calls and e-mails (during business hours 9-5)
Event coordinator present at the event all day. (up to 15 hours)
As many site visits as needed.

Coordinate accommodations for out-of-town guests.
