Day of Service

Day-of Coordination

Coordination begins three weeks before your event

For couples and families who have done the planning and want a reliable, professional coordinator on the day.

  • Present at your event for up to 10 hours
  • 1–2 meetings with your coordinator
  • Review and confirm contract details with vendors
  • Coordinate the rehearsal
  • Present for the ceremony, reception, and dance
  • Oversee the grand entrance, toasts, dinner, first dance, cake cutting, and bouquet and garter toss
  • Help choosing vendors, if needed

Planning & Coordination

From the day you hire us through the end of your event

Everything in Day of Service, plus:

  • Up to 5 meetings as needed
  • Meetings with preferred, professional, reliable vendors
  • Advice by phone and email during business hours (9–5)
  • Up to 5 site visits to your ceremony and reception venues
  • Budget planning help and tips on saving money
  • Tracking save-the-dates, invitations, and RSVPs
  • Deadline reminders for tasks and payments (when payment schedules are provided)
  • A detailed day-of itinerary distributed to all vendors
